Please note that Ottimo Goods Sdn Bhd have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Ottimo Goods Sdn Bhd will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Inaccuracy Information
From time to time, there may be information on ottimogoods.com.my that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Exchange & Returns Policy”.
Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until terminated either by the customer or ottimogoods.com.my. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, ottimogoods.com.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.
DELIVERY POLICY
1. All deliveries are only within Malaysia. Street names and postcodes must be correct and accurate. Ottimo Goods will not be responsible for addresses provided by User that are inaccurate. Transaction will be terminated and a new delivery has to be created and all costs borne by User.
2. No deliveries to P.O. Box or International addresses.
3. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
4. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for next delivery or pick up.
5. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
6. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
7. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.
SHIPPING CHARGES
1. A standard shipping & handling fee of RM10.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Ten) for every transaction for local delivery unless otherwise stated. * (the fee is subject to change by the management without prior notice).
2. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
3. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
1. Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
2. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next four (4) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
3. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
· Peninsular Malaysia : 7 - 8 business working days.*
· Sabah & Sarawak : 8 - 10 business working days.*
*subject to courier service’s changes.
SALES, PROMOTIONS & FESTIVES PERIODS
1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
Exchange or Returns policy
1. Any exchange or return can be requested within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt.
2. Items to be exchanged or returned should be in original condition - with the original box still attached and with any related accessories included. If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for exchange or returns.
3. The company will not be responsible if our shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
4. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different online items to exchange:
· if the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount,
· if the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided.
5. Please show proof of purchase for all exchanges or returns.
6. The company’s decision is final in each and any exchange or return request.
7. Once we approve your returns request, we will refund the amount to your account.
8. A processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
You will NOT be entitled to an exchange or returns if any of the following applies:
1. The goods returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly corresponds to the description displayed on our website and in your order,
2. The goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange & return policy,
3. The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period
If so, the goods will be sent back to you at your cost.
Exchange or returns by courier services.
1. All goods / items will be inspected on return.
2. The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so make sure it is packed properly and cannot get any damage on the way.
3. We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns request but in the unfortunate events that the item returned is in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose of it accordingly.
4. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
5. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or returns requests.
We reserve the right NOT to accept exchange or returns received after 7 days from the date of receipt.
We reserve the right to deny refund if the items / goods does not meet our Exchange & Return policy guidelines,
If any requests are denied, you are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the items / goods and it shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
